So spring is officially here! This means it's time for me to start talking to models and lining things up. If you don't hear from me right away don't freak out, I have a long list and I haven't forgotten about you. I only have weekends off for now, which might change to only Sundays off.. not sure yet. But I will let you know when I'm ready for you.

Here's how it will go... I don't charge you a sitting fee, because duh your modeling for me and I appreciate it. Very very much.

But, you don't get anything. No prints, nada. This is for my portfolio and my website, and when I make it big... you will be everywhere, or just in my studio.

If you decide later that you want prints, you will have to pay the sitting fee. I know lame right? But here's why, if I didn't do this everyone would say, "No this is just for you," and then order them later to avoid the fee.

So no fee, no prints. If you see the work later and change your mind, I will def let you order.

Also, I'm going to shoot a variety of genres and I might tell you what I want you to wear, how I want your make-up (I can do this for you if it's a hassle) and so on and so forth. If I suggest anything you consider uncomfortable or whatever for you, tell me. I will pick something else.

Another thing that applies to the above. I'm considering doing pin-ups soon. No, this isn't porn. It's alot of Marilynn Monroe style hair and make-up with sexy but tasteful poses. The worst it gets is lingerie, so for this reason YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER. Sorry, but I don't want child pornography suits. I will not ask anyone to do this genre.. I will only do this for those interested. Let me know and I will see what I can do (again I'm not fully sure yet on this one).

I am also working on some abstract/creative photography and sometimes all that I will need from you are hands, feet, legs, arms, etc. Don't be mad. It's not that I don't like your face, I just need certain things for certain photos.

You will never look stupid. I promise. So trust me. If I ask you to do something strange, I promise it will look beautiful in the end. I would never publish anything that made the model look bad. I want pictures that people see and think are intruiging and inspiring, not something they can laugh at and make fun of. Keep that in mind and we will get along just fine.

I'm still new at this.. I have 4 senior photo shoots under my belt, one wedding and various other things. I get picture-block as I call it and sometimes get frustrated with the wind and things I can't control (control-freak I know). Don't worry about it, it's not your fault. You are a gift to me and I'm glad so many of you are helping me out.
